Starting in January, those who get a cafeteria meal can try a new fruit or vegetable during lunch once per month. The first TryDay Friday is Friday, Jan. 10 with watermelon radishes. Watermelon radishes have a slightly sweet and peppery flavor but don't have a spicy taste like regular radishes.
