A request for proposal (RFP) or request for quote (RFQ) is a solicitation made through a bidding process to procure a service or valuable asset. The RFP or RFQ process brings structure to the decision-making process and helps to identify the risks and benefits upfront. Notice to Bidders: WHS Tennis Courts & Track Reconstruction Project

Bid Deadline: March 21 2025 at 2:00 PM CST

The general nature of the work is as follows:

The project site is located at Waukee High School, 905 Warrior Lane, in Waukee, Iowa.

Project includes removal of approximately 4,300 SY of tennis court pavement, nets, poles and fence; the removal of approximately 6,700 SY of track and D-zone surfaces and asphalt; and removal of approximately 1,500 SY of miscellaneous concrete walks and parking. Includes the installation of approximately 4,300 SY of tennis court pavement, painting, nets, poles and fence; the installation of approximately 6,700 SY of track and D- zone surfaces and asphalt; and 1,500 SY of miscellaneous concrete walks and parking. Also included is rock subbase, subdrains, sodding, erosion control; and tennis court lighting replacement.

The track will be available starting May 14, 2025 for commencement of work; the tennis court will be available starting May 14, 2025. Substantial completion shall be by July 28th, 2025 for the track and July 28th for the tennis court. Final completion shall be by September 19, 2025, on both the track and tennis courts.

Notice to Bidders: Waukee Innovation & Learning Center (WILC) Expansion Furniture Project

Bid Deadline: March 25 2025 at 2:00 PM CST

This project consists of procurement and installation of furniture within the new two-story addition as well as the procurement and installation of furniture within existing classrooms at their existing facility. Installation may begin following Owner receipt and approval of required Contracts, Bonds, and Insurance. Furniture installation in the school can begin on the 21st day of July, 2025.
