Waukee Community School District offers fee-based before and after-school child care programming at all ten elementary schools. All kindergarten through fifth-grade students are eligible to enroll.

- Shuler
- Sugar Creek
- Radiant
- Walnut Hills
- Waukee Elementary
- Waterford
- Woodland Hills
YMCA Before and After School Programs are offered for students currently enrolled at the following elementary schools:
- Brookview
- Eason
All staff in both programs are certified in CPR/First Aid and obtain the required number of training hours as required by the State of Iowa Department of Human Services.
