Cindy Axne Visits Students Who Won Congressional App Challenge

U.S. Representative Cindy Axne visited six students who recently won the Congressional App Challenge for the Third District of Iowa. These freshmen and sophomore students from Prairieview and Waukee High School developed an app called “FastLane” the helps parents and students track their bus.

Axne presented the students with awards and met with them to learn more about not only the process of developing an app but these special individuals. This team of students started working on the project together in September will be traveling to Washington D.C. in May to present their developments and plan to have a follow up with Axne on their visit.
