Girls Soccer Returns to State

For the 12th time in school history, the Waukee Girls Soccer team will play in the State Tournament.  The Warriors defeated Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson 3-0 at Waukee Stadium Monday night to advance to the state tournament for the eighth time in the last nine years.  Waukee, the top-seeded team in the tournament, will play Pleasant Valley at 4:00 pm Thursday at Cownie Soccer Complex.
