Northwest High School Branding Survey

As the Waukee Community School District continues to plan for the opening of Northwest High School, the District would like to get feedback from the community to gather branding ideas for the high school’s mascot and colors.

The branding process will conclude this fall and will include input and feedback from community members, staff, and most importantly students.

This survey will only take a few minutes to complete and we appreciate your feedback. All responses will remain anonymous. The survey will remain open from July 16-August 2, 2019.
