Sign Up to Speak at Middle-Level Boundary Special Board Meeting

Please sign up in advance to speak at the Special Board Meeting on January 5, 2023 at 6 p.m. at the District Office, 560 SE University. Online sign-up and written statements must be received by 5 p.m. Thursday, January 5.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome to sign up in person between 5:30 and 6 p.m.
Speakers will go in the order in which they sign up online, then walk-ins. The list will be posted on the door for participants.
Written statements must include city of residence. Those can be emailed to Angela Countryman with the heading/subject – “Special Board Meeting Public Statement Request.”
The public statements will be limited to three minutes for in-person and written comments. Depending on the volume of speakers, the time limit per speaker may be adjusted.
