The ProStart program at Waukee introduces students to restaurant and food service concepts not found in traditional culinary courses. Whether a student plans to go on to college or head straight for a career, the business skills that the ProStart program develops will serve them well in the years ahead and open students’ eyes to the vast and varied career options available to them in this exciting industry.
