Due to forecasted extreme straight-line winds, Waukee CSD will dismiss two hours early today, March 14. The National Weather Service indicates wind speeds have the potential to reach 50 miles per hour during regular dismissal times, and we want to ensure the safety of our students and staff. There will be no afternoon preschool. All evening activities, Community Ed classes, and facility rentals are canceled except state-level competitions.

Elementary schools: Early dismissal at 1:40 p.m.
Middle schools: Early dismissal at 12:58 p.m.
Prairieview/Timberline: Early dismissal at 12:50 p.m.
High schools: Early dismissal at 1:10 p.m.
